Good food is huge passion of mine, from preparing a Sunday roast to firing-up the BBQ. I love visiting restaurants and following the latest food trends, be it on social media or at foodie events, such as Leisure F&B. Here at Hopwells, we’re a second-generation family foodservice business with 6 sites across the country and specialise in quality frozen foods. We recently acquired Windsor Foodservice that offer in addition to frozen foods, ambient and chilled foods too. They have commercial butchery and a patisserie producing their own range of artisan desserts. I also work with the British Frozen Food Federation, a not-for-profit trade body and voice for the frozen food industry. It has over 200 members comprising of Producers, Wholesalers, Importers, Exporters, Brokers, Retailers, and other Associated businesses.
